
The Murph. Mark your calendars for Saturday 6/7 at The Bear (6:30am). The Murph is usually done Memorial Day, but since that’s a popular travel weekend we’re delaying it.
The official Murph is a 1 mile run followed by 100 pull-ups 200 merkins 300 air squats then another 1 mile run, all done with a 20# vest. Pull-ups, merkins and squats are typically broken up into sets 5/10/15 or whatever alternative increments you want.
